Team coaching   The techniques for the development of organisations and integration processes of  companies require intense cooperation with the management teams and often also an  increase of performance within these teams.  Only an aligned and united team can be a successful team in the long run. The approach  does not focus on the individual, but on the group which needs to achieve efficient work  even under difficult conditions during the change process.
