“Hard” factors and “soft” factors  After more than 10 years of experience in large American consulting companies specialised in  restructuring, and active participation in the further development of organisational practices in  these companies, I am a specialist in these techniques and approaches, which I applied for  numerous customers. The majority of traditional consultants is however specialised in a field which only enables  them to treat a certain part of the development and the introduction of a new organisation:  they either concentrate on the “soft” factors, such as the description of processes or  structures, or on the “hard” factors”, such as anxieties and obstacles. My differentiation is the combination of organisational measures which are mostly extremely  technical, with approaches of coaching and team development.
