Changing a company naturally involves a change in processes and structures, but also a change in the attitude and behavior of individual employees and teams and, of course, managers. Especially the executives are put under a lot of pressure. Managing restructuring and change processes is a complex and difficult task that requires knowledge and experience of both technical and organisational, social and psychological nature. Very often, managers face these challenges alone. Due to my many years of work as a consultant in the so-called "hard" factors (processes, structures) and the "soft" factors (fears, resistances, expectations, motivation) within a change management, I have a very enriching experience as a sparring partner for concerned managers. In most cases, my interventions involve several managers over a period of six to twelve months, in the form of regular one-on-one meetings in which the salient issues of change management are discussed. If necessary and desired by the manager, these discussions can take on the character of one-on-one coaching or can also result in targeted interventions. In addition, I offer classic individual and team coaching, using proven methods and approaches that have proven innovative and highly effective in numerous companies. Team Coaching Organisational development techniques and company integration processes require intensive collaboration with management teams and often performance improvement within these teams. Only a team based on solidarity can be a successful team in the long run. The focus is not on the individual, but on the group, which must succeed in working efficiently, even under difficult conditions during a change process. It is about understanding the state of development of the team and defining what is necessary in terms of its evolution from a random group of people to a group and then to a real high performing team.
