have
worked
on
merger
and
integration
projects
at
the
Boston
Consulting
Group.
From
the
identification
of
potential
target
companies,
the
execution
of
strategic
due
diligence
in
the
"data room" to the implementation of post-merger integration.
I
was
able
to
deepen
this
knowledge
through
the
deregulation
of
the
energy
industry
in
Germany
-
which
caused
numerous
mergers
of
utilities
-,
and
through
my
cooperation
with
the
company
JPB Conseil
, specialized in the support of German-French post-merger integrations.
I
have
accompanied
over
fifteen
mergers
involving
German,
French,
American,
English,
Spanish
and
Italian
companies.
I
am
